| 応募資格 | ・日本国籍の方（必須） ・英語 B1以上 ・保険業界での実務経験必須 ・BPO／コールセンター／カスタマーサポート経験者歓迎 ・ヘルスケア・医療保険に関する経験があれば尚可 ・電話・メールでのカスタマーサポート経験 ・高いコミュニケーション能力と、主体的に業務を進める姿勢 Japanese nationality is mandatory. English proficiency: B1 level or above. Relevant work experience in the insurance industry is mandatory. Experience in BPO, call centres, or customer support is preferred. Experience in healthcare or medical insurance is an added advantage. Previous experience providing customer support via phone and email. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work. |
