Overall Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to be comfortable with a high paced, technical oriented, partner and internal-facing ticket based support environment in English.
This includes being detail oriented, communicating in a professional and constructive manner, identifying efficiency opportunities, and being adaptive to new policy or workflow changes.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
-Execute technical operational support tasks as needed for partner Android TV devices to be registered, whitelisted, artifact reviewed, and launched in internal systems. Identify efficiency opportunities.
-Track and monitor task progress, communicate progress to engineering, and escalate dependent blocking tasks that risk schedule. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency.
-Increase effectiveness by working with engineering to develop and define new or improved tools and processes.
-Ensures high quality and consistency to customers by processing and servicing incoming requests.
事業内容
The TV Partner Engineering team drives operational excellence by onboarding partners and their projects efficiently and assisting product development to reach initial certification and beyond. We also lead the effort on quality assurance by running internal device testing and carrying out Netflix NTS certification to support wider TV device scaling programs.
