仕事内容
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Work across ITSM development, configuration, integration, and business analysis tasks
Identify process improvement opportunities and automation potential using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration
Create detailed user stories, functional specs, and process documentation to support development efforts
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure accurate solution delivery
Required Qualifications:
5+ yrs of experience in ITSM (knowledge of additional modules is a plus)
Strong communication (technical) and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Experience writing business documentation and process flows
Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
