Job Overview:
As a Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), providing expert advice on digital marketing strategies, and ensuring client success. This is a revenue-driven role that demands strong sales acumen, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new and existing advertisers via phone, email, and chat to identify sales opportunities.
Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers, ensuring revenue growth.
Provide pre- and post-sales support, addressing advertiser inquiries and concerns.
Collect and share feedback from advertisers to enhance product offerings.
Develop success stories showcasing the impact of advertising solutions.
Utilize multiple communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Recommend personalized marketing solutions aligned with client's business objectives.
